delete your account.
You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.
In the app
Open the you tab and tap delete account. Deletion happens straight away. If you placed a drop that still holds unclaimed tokens, the app asks you to withdraw them first; a drop can be withdrawn once it ends. If a claim of yours is still being paid, wait until it is settled.
By email
Email [email protected] with the subject “Floor account deletion”. Include the email shown in Floor’s you tab and say you want your account and associated data deleted. You can also request removal of a particular photo.
If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in the app. If you no longer have account access, tell us that. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data. Never send your password, wallet recovery phrase, private key or identity document with the request.
What is deleted
Your sign-in details and email, uploaded photos (including copies on the public wall), links to your X posts and your X connection, location trails from verification, device and notification identifiers, saved wallet destinations, transfer history and app milestone records.
What stays
Your wallet. It is held with our wallet provider, Privy, not deleted with your Floor account, so tokens in it are never lost. Signing in again with the same Apple or Google account gives you access to it and starts a fresh, empty Floor account.
Payout records. For each claim we keep a record with no personal details: the drop, the outcome, the wallet it paid and the transaction. These match public blockchain records and stop the same reward being claimed twice. Drops you placed stay listed as on-chain records.
Public blockchain transactions and contract records cannot be erased, and copies other people have saved cannot be recalled.
